Are Invisible Toxins Taking Over Your Life?

You don’t feel well and can’t figure out why. You have tried many different therapies, visited doctors, and may have received medications along with a diagnosis or two. Yet, you’re low on energy, can’t get rid of unwanted pounds, and at your wit’s end.

We’ve heard this story time and time again. You are not alone. Hidden in our air, food, water, and beyond are toxins that poison the body. Over time, these toxins stack up, create inflammation (toxic burden) and lead to various symptoms and dis-ease.

Examples of toxins include:

Plastic, Smoking, Mold, Household, Chemicals, Heavy Metals, Sugar, alcohol, hidden infections, and negative thoughts.

Naturally, our bodies produce toxins during everyday function. The human body is fully equipped with systems to remove these toxins and handle the occasional invader. However, today, there are too many external toxins that enter our systems that we must address to help our bodies heal.

You have a few organs associated with detoxification. They include:

Phases of detoxification
  1. The Liver - Filters blood arriving from the digestive tract, then sends it to the rest of the body. It will also detoxify and neutralize various chemicals and drugs. Releases bile which aids in digestion and the elimination of waste.

  2. The Kidneys- Transform toxicity in the blood into waste that is secreted in urine. They stabilize your electrolyte and water levels.

  3. The Intestines- Eliminate toxic and unhealthy microorganisms via regular bowel movements. They prevent poisonous materials from leaking into the rest of the body.

When you have too many toxins bombarding your body, these organs can’t keep up or adequately do their job.

How do you know if you have too many toxins in your body?

Symptoms of toxic overload include but are not limited to poor circulation, swelling, headaches, migraines, stress, anxiety, depression, allergies, poor skin, arthritis, fatigue, constipation, sinus issues, digestive disorders, cold/respiratory disorders, insomnia, bloating, and gas.

What happens when you have too many toxins in the body?

Most toxins like heavy metals and synthetic chemicals are fat-soluble, so the overload is stored in fatty tissues like the brain, nerves, glands, and fat around the stomach or legs. By the time symptoms time to appear, the body’s toxic load may reach disastrous levels.

It is always best to minimize our toxic burden by removing harmful chemicals from our diet and home environments. Although we will never eliminate toxic exposure, it is up to us to make sure our bodies’ natural detoxification pathways run optimally.

Return to balance with these three steps:

Identify top sources of toxicity.Eliminate or lessen that toxicity.Support your body’s natural detoxification process.
  1. Identify top sources of toxicity.

  2. Eliminate or lessen that toxicity.

  3. Support your body’s natural detoxification process

One way to support your body’s natural detoxification process is through the True Cellular Detox, which removes heavy metals and harmful toxins from the body. As a Certified True Cellular Detox practitioner, I have helped countless patients reduce their toxic load and regain their lives.

There are three steps in the program.

  1. Prep Phase: Strength downstream detox pathways to support toxin removal.

  2. Body Phase: Removes toxins at the cellular level and sets up a  concentration gradient to move toxins from deeper tissue stores (i.e., brain).

  3. Brain Phase: Clears deeper bio-accumulated neurotoxins that lead to most symptoms.

If you are interested in this program, please contact the office, and we can see if it is right for you.

Each person needs unique support. In addition to removing toxins like sugar and alcohol, we have compiled six ways to support the body’s detoxification system simply.

1. Get a restful night of sleep.

Sleep is one of the most underrated necessities for life. Simply put, your body does not run well. To keep your organs functioning at a high level, make sleep your priority.

2. Drink plenty of high-quality water.

Water makes up 70% of your body, keeping all your organs functioning well and flushing toxins and waste from the body. It is imperative for the performance of your kidneys’ unique filtration system.

3. Eat fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants.

Ditch the sugar in the program, The Sugar Free Solution, and pick up whole foods! Antioxidants found in your food help defend your cells again harmful molecules called free radicals, which have a toxic effect when left in the body. Go ahead, eat the blueberries, kale, and beets!

4. Move your body with exercise you enjoy.

Moving your body can be fun! Try out something you have never tried before. Regular movement allows your body to function optimally. As we mentioned, detoxification is a natural process that happens when given a chance.

5. Practice meditation and gratitude

Negative thoughts increase stress and may diminish your ability to think and form memories in the long term. By actively practicing gratitude and meditating, you can rewire your brain to be positive and supportive of yourself and your health.

6. Get a chiropractic adjustment!

Because an adjustment works with the nervous system, which controls the detoxification pathways, getting adjusted can free your body to work on an optimal level.

Every step you take to remove toxins from your body, mind, and spirit will help you live a long, vibrant life.

Keep it up!
